We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our Managed Services team. The role involves providing technical support to clients, resolving infrastructure issues, and maintaining system reliability across networks, desktops, and servers.
Deliver remote and on-site IT support for clients under managed services agreements
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network infrastructure
Proactively monitor systems and resolve incidents before they escalate
Document service requests, issues, and resolutions accurately
Collaborate with internal teams for escalated support needs
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong experience with Windows/Linux environments, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Client-facing experience with a focus on service quality
Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM tools is a plus
